Genghis Grill

The ingredients were fresh and overall the food was ok. I just think for the type of facility this place is, the food is overpriced and you have to go and make your food. They only stir fry what you put together. The place is like a fast food joint but they charge restaurant prices and then expect 15% or higher tip. It just didn't sit well with me. I'm not sure I would go back. The price didn't equal the amount of food/service I received.

We had an amazing experience at a Genghis Grill in Las Vegas, so we decided to give this one a try. We came in around 7:50pm, there were just a few people inside eating. We waited at the front door for a couple of minutes before a staff member realized we were there. We were seated across from a side door near the drink fountain, which was for some reason propped wide open. It was dark and chilly outside, so we could feel a chill coming inside since we were sitting right in front of the door. Our table was very sticky for some reason, but we didn't complain about it. Our server came over and asked what we wanted. She didn’t take the time to explain how the bowls and menu worked, but luckily, we already knew from our experience in Las Vegas. We both ordered the red bowl with regular noodles. She handed us our silver bowls and we went up to the bar. At this point during the evening, several containers of ingredients on the bar were empty. The tofu container only had a few chunks of tofu in it, the cilantro container was empty, the onion container was empty, when we asked for more cilantro, we were told they didn’t have any. We had to wait a few minutes while the woman refilled some

Delicious food I came here today and I got a normal size bowl and I got enough to fill me up and some more you can get whatever you want and any amount of it. its warm inside and modern the table are good for four or five people but food takes a while to cook if you have never been here I recommend to go if I were you! I give this restaurant a 10/10 I will come back whenever I can! 🤤🤤🤤

It is a unique experience to dine here because you can make up your own recipes. They have a buffet of good variety of ingredients including meats, sea food, vegetables, eggs, curry powders, salts, sauces and spices. You pick what you want in your bowl and give it to the cook to cook up it for you. You have the option to add white rice/brown rice/fried rice/ pasta/cabbage to your recipe. It can be a little overwhelming on your first visit if you don't know cooking and the food you make can easily be a disaster. So pick carefully what you want!

Really dirty. Trash all over outdoor seating area and front door. Trash, food on the floor, multiple wet spill areas over floor. Was not clean on inside at all. Staff using serving line area to bus dirty dishes to back, kept having to move while building bowl. Could hear a girl loudly arguing from back kitchen the entire time building the bowl. Served food with no silverware and wait staff not attentive unless you are a larger group. Cook seemed put out when asked to add egg which is normal request and was like if I have to I guess. Bartop booth tables were wobbly and had to change seats. Place does have a bar but so unkept wouldn't want to hang out here. Love the food but find a different location or order via door dash.
